The next morning at 7:00 a.m., your adventure begins. The distance on the motorway is covered in no time, and before you know it, you are beyond the Brenner Pass. At the Sterzing motorway exit, you can feel the pure mountain air for the first time. Surrounded by numerous snow-capped mountain peaks, you set off for the Ratschings valley, just over ten kilometres away. The best part? It’s only 9:00 a.m.
On top of the quick and easy journey, a convenient car park awaits you here, where your car can safely wait for your return. After a very short detour to buy your ski pass, the escalator takes you effortlessly to the entrance of the cable car. Within a few minutes, you are already standing at 1,900 metres above sea level. The panoramic view of the ski area casts a big smile across your face. And a quick time check: 9:15 a.m. Right on schedule. Clearly, you want to get to the top! Off to the Saxner lift, which transports you to the top of our wonderful ski area in leather seats. Now you’ve made it; you’re standing at 2,150 metres above sea level. And the amazing thing is that you’ve done it all in just 2.5 hours.
Of course, there’s still plenty of time left, not only for a good skiing session but also to enjoy a delicious cappuccino and the warming rays of sunshine on one of the many sun terraces. It’s easy to forget all about the grey office routine and bad coffee here!
