Stanghe Waterfalls

The Gilfenklamm – It is on the whole world the only narrow gorge, which cuts into white South Tyrolean marble. This bizarre gorge with its extraordinary beauty is surely one of South Tyrolean most important natural monuments. Walking through the narrow gorge, which lies between high walls of rock is an adventure. During the walk you hear the enormous thundering of the water, see the spray of the waterfalls and witness the rapid stream. The Gilfenklamm fascinates adults and children just the same. The paths through the gorge are put at safety and so it is also for families no risk witnessing this natural phenomenon.
